Questions from new sellers
How much does it cost to open a shop on Esano?
Nothing. Opening a shop and listing files are both free. You only pay when you make a sale: an Esano fee of 20% of the item price, with card processing included. You keep the other 80%.
How do I get paid?
Through Stripe. Connect a Stripe account from your Seller hub (it takes about five minutes), and your earnings from each sale are released to it 7 days after the sale. Stripe then pays them into your bank. You need a connected Stripe account before your listings can go live.
What kinds of digital files can I sell?
Digital downloads such as PNG designs, SVG cut files, clip art, printable wall art, planners, document templates, digital paper, stickers, textures, wallpapers, icons, photos and mockup images. Upload the actual files in a supported format; external delivery or template links, audio, video, software and scripts are not accepted. Files must pass the upload checks. Everything you sell must be your own work or properly licensed.
Do I need a business to become a seller?
No. You can sign up as an individual creator. You need to be at least 18 and provide your legal name and country of residence.
How long does setup take?
Most creators finish setup in about five minutes: a few questions about your goals, your shop name and style, your details, and a review of the fees.
