Digital paper is artwork you can print or place in a digital layout. Check the actual pixel dimensions, print size and file format; packs do not all use the same sheet size.

A seamless pattern repeats edge to edge. A decorative sheet may not. Use only a pattern described as seamless when you need a continuous repeat across a larger surface.
