Embroidery
Machine embroidery designs for clothing, gifts and fabric projects. Choose a design in a format your machine reads, then check the stitched dimensions, hoop requirements and included sizes. These are digital files, not finished embroidered items.

Buying guide
Choosing a machine embroidery design
Start with your machine’s manual and the listing’s file details. A matching extension is one part of compatibility: the design must also fit your usable embroidery area, and your machine or software must read the supplied version. Ask the shop before buying when the format or size is unclear.
Compare the actual stitched width and height with your hoop’s sewing area. A listing preview is a picture of the design, not a measurement of the stitches. Choose a supplied size that fits your project; enlarging or shrinking stitch data can change density and the finished result.
Review the stitch count, color changes, fabric recommendations and any instructions the creator supplies. A color preview is useful for planning, but thread colors can display differently in different software. Follow the included thread chart when available, and make a sample on similar fabric and stabilizer before stitching the final item.
A ZIP can collect several machine formats or sizes for the same design. Check the description for what is inside and extract the bundle before following your machine’s transfer instructions. Every file inside must be a supported type. The number of downloadable files does not necessarily equal the number of different designs.
FAQ
Embroidery questions, answered
Which embroidery file formats should I look for?
Compare the listing’s included PES, PEC, DST, JEF, HUS, VIP or VP3 files with your machine’s requirements. Each listing can supply a different selection. PES uploads must use a supported machine-ready layout, not an editable project with unsupported vector objects. A format name alone does not guarantee compatibility with every machine, software version or hoop.
Can I embroider a PNG or SVG directly?
An ordinary PNG or SVG contains artwork, not the machine stitch instructions needed to sew it. Choose a listing that supplies a compatible embroidery file. Digitizing artwork into stitches is a separate process and is not included unless the seller explicitly offers it.
Can I resize a stitch file to fit my hoop?
Use one of the sizes supplied by the creator when possible. Resizing can change stitch density, spacing and small details. Check the seller’s guidance and your embroidery software’s capabilities, then test the result before using your final fabric.
Can an embroidery ZIP include EXP, INF or BMP files?
No. Esano does not accept EXP stitch files or INF/BMP companions, including inside ZIP bundles. Choose a design supplied in a supported format, and check that every file in its bundle is supported before uploading. Renaming a file does not convert its format.
Can I sell items stitched with a purchased design?
Check that the listing’s license covers your intended finished products and sales quantity. Permission to sell embroidered items does not mean you may resell or share the original stitch files. The download does not include fabric, thread or a physical finished item.
