Item details
Review four weeks of equipment inspection in one workbook. There are 28 day positions for each of 20 asset entries. Choose C = checked, M = missed, F = fault found, N = not scheduled through the dropdowns. A recorded-day percentage includes checked and fault found, while the right-hand counters retain each code separately. Blank days remain neutral. Summary provides a group-wide view of the recorded marks.
Equipment checks can be completed, missed, find a fault or be unscheduled. Keep one asset on each row and review any fault mark separately from the coverage percentage. The rate describes recorded checking activity. This register does not include a technical inspection procedure and cannot certify equipment condition or authorise continued use.
One ZIP supplies the XLSX + ODS workbook versions, Atkinson Hyperlegible, Nunito OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: peach. Charts are available in XLSX; ODS keeps formulas and summary tables.
