Keep a monthly staff training attendance record for up to 30 staff member entries. Its 31-column grid is undated and can start on any day. Codes read C = completed, A = absent, R = remote, E = excused. Positive marks (completed and remote) determine the rate, with empty positions omitted. Per-record counters, daily totals and the separate group summary all calculate directly from the selected codes.
For staff training, record completed attendance, absence, remote participation or an excused session using the listed codes. The register keeps these marks distinct while calculating a positive participation rate. Use the group summary to review recorded engagement. Assessment results and completion certificates require separate evidence beyond the attendance choices in this workbook.
One ZIP supplies the XLSX + ODS workbook versions, Poppins, Nunito OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: aqua. Charts are available in XLSX; ODS keeps formulas and summary tables.
