This large-group staff training attendance sheet has 40 ready rows and 31 day cells per staff member. Record C = completed, A = absent, R = remote, E = excused using consistent dropdown choices. Totals along the register report each code independently; the positive-rate calculation treats completed and remote as successful marks and excludes untouched days. Compare the full cohort in the second working tab, Summary.
For staff training, record completed attendance, absence, remote participation or an excused session using the listed codes. The register keeps these marks distinct while calculating a positive participation rate. Use the group summary to review recorded engagement. Assessment results and completion certificates require separate evidence beyond the attendance choices in this workbook.
