Item details
Keep a monthly school club attendance record for up to 30 member entries. Its 31-column grid is undated and can start on any day. Codes read P = present, A = absent, L = late, E = excused. Positive marks (present and late) determine the rate, with empty positions omitted. Per-record counters, daily totals and the separate group summary all calculate directly from the selected codes.
Club members may attend regularly, miss a meeting, arrive late or be excused. Keep the same member on one row across the recording period and enter only the relevant meeting days. Empty positions stay neutral in the percentage. This supports a club attendance review without collecting permission slips or deciding membership eligibility.
One ZIP supplies the XLSX workbook, Comfortaa, Atkinson Hyperlegible OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: lemon slate.
