Choose C = completed, A = absent, R = remote, E = excused through the dropdowns. A recorded-day percentage includes completed and remote, while the right-hand counters retain each code separately. Blank days remain neutral. Summary provides a group-wide view of the recorded marks.
For staff training, record completed attendance, absence, remote participation or an excused session using the listed codes. The register keeps these marks distinct while calculating a positive participation rate. Use the group summary to review recorded engagement. Assessment results and completion certificates require separate evidence beyond the attendance choices in this workbook.
