Item details
Review four weeks of volunteer shift attendance in one workbook. There are 28 day positions for each of 20 volunteer entries. Choose W = worked, M = missed, C = cancelled, L = leave through the dropdowns. A recorded-day percentage includes worked and cancelled, while the right-hand counters retain each code separately. Blank days remain neutral. Summary provides a group-wide view of the recorded marks.
Volunteer shifts may be worked, missed, cancelled or covered by leave. Keep a consistent volunteer row across the cycle and use the code meanings shown in the register. Review the individual marks before using the calculated coverage rate for planning. The workbook is an attendance record, not a payroll system or a volunteering-hours calculation.
One ZIP supplies the XLSX + ODS workbook versions, Lora, Atkinson Hyperlegible OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: burgundy. Charts are available in XLSX; ODS keeps formulas and summary tables.
