Review four weeks of workshop attendance in one workbook. There are 28 day positions for each of 20 participant entries. Choose P = present, A = absent, R = remote, E = excused through the dropdowns. A recorded-day percentage includes present and remote, while the right-hand counters retain each code separately. Blank days remain neutral. Summary provides a group-wide view of the recorded marks.
Workshop participation may happen in the room or remotely. Use the distinct code choices to retain that difference while counting both positive forms of participation. Give each participant one row and record only sessions that actually occurred. The percentage summarises selected attendance marks rather than confirming that a participant completed an assessment.
One ZIP supplies the XLSX workbook, Atkinson Hyperlegible, Nunito OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: soft lavender.
