This large-group tutoring attendance sheet has 40 ready rows and 31 day cells per learner. Record P = present, A = absent, L = late, E = excused using consistent dropdown choices. Totals along the register report each code independently; the positive-rate calculation treats present and late as successful marks and excludes untouched days. Compare the full cohort in the second working tab, Summary.
A tutoring register can record a learner who attended, missed a meeting, arrived late or was excused. Keep one learner on each row throughout the cycle. The rate counts the selected positive codes, so review individual marks as well as the percentage when discussing missed support sessions. It does not evaluate tutoring outcomes.
One ZIP supplies the XLSX workbook, Lora, Atkinson Hyperlegible OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: magenta pop.
