Skip the pen and paper. This weekly timesheet has 50 live form fields you can type into on a computer, tablet or phone, or print and fill by hand.
Fields and sections on the page: employee name; week starting; department; a table with columns day, start, break, end, total hours, notes; total hours; hourly rate; total pay; employee signature; supervisor signature.
The palette is Dusk: #443A6E, #8979B5 and accent #96724F. Layout is a single page; the 50 fields are input areas arranged to match the labelled rows and sections. Headings are set in Poppins (SIL Open Font License, embedded in the PDF), body labels in Nunito.

To fill in: open the PDF in a reader, click a field and type. Field contents can be saved in most readers; if yours cannot save form data, print the page to PDF after typing. The page is not an editable layout file; use it as a ready-made form.
