Item details
A course syllabus for Physical Education and Health (Grades 6-8) with a pre-filled weekly schedule, grading table and policy prompts.
Example grading weights: Participation and effort 40%; Skills assessment 25%; Health assignments 20%; Fitness log 15% (they add up to 100%). The schedule table lists 8 two-week blocks such as Fitness testing and goals, Team sports skills, Individual sports and lifetime activities, Nutrition and healthy habits, each with a column for assignments and assessments.
Header: centred header; headings: shaded sections. The colour scheme is Wine and Cream (#5E1F2E, #9A4A5C and #8E826E). It runs 1 page.
Download one ZIP. It contains a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Lora (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Lora, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF. Topics and weights are suggestions; change them to match your own course.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
