Item details
A warm, plain-language letter for families covering "trip details" and more, ready to personalise and print.
Header: a logo editable field beside your name with an accent underline and the contact line in the footer. The palette is Olive: #5C6B2E, #9AA45C and accent #B5483A. Reply slip fields: trip details; cost and deadline; parent helpers needed, plus student name, date and signature.
One ZIP holds the whole product: a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
The design pairs Nunito and Lora (free, SIL Open Font License, TTF files included in the ZIP) with Lora for body text. Install the included fonts first for the exact preview look; without them your software swaps in a similar default.
Nothing is flattened into a picture: tables, text and shapes can all be edited, resized or recoloured. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
