Item details
Send a clear, friendly note home with this welcome letter for a new student template. The slip at the bottom has 3 tick-box lines plus student name and signature.
Header: a thick vertical accent bar beside your name and tagline. Colours follow a Tangerine palette with main colour #E8590C and accent #1B4965. Reply slip fields: your first day; your buddy; what to bring, plus student name, date and signature.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Lexend and Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
