Item details
A one-page "testing week information letter" for teachers and school staff, with a tear-off reply slip so families can return it quickly.
Header: a full-width colour banner at the top of the page with your name in white. The colour scheme is Ocean Blue (#1F4E79, #2E86C1 and #977228). Reply slip fields: testing schedule; how to help; when results arrive, plus student name, date and signature.
One ZIP holds the whole product: a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Lora (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Lora, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Nothing is flattened into a picture: tables, text and shapes can all be edited, resized or recoloured. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
