Item details
Save time writing to families. This letter is already drafted around our class will be using school devices to support learning this year. This lette... and every [bracket] marks a detail to complete.
Header: a full-width colour banner at the top of the page with your name in white. The palette is Forest Green: #24473A, #4D8B6F and accent #8A6536. Reply slip fields: how we use devices; student agreement; permission slip, plus student name, date and signature.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter ODT file, an A4 ODT file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
The design pairs Poppins and Atkinson Hyperlegible (free, SIL Open Font License, TTF files included in the ZIP) with Atkinson Hyperlegible for body text. Install the included fonts first for the exact preview look; without them your software swaps in a similar default.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable ODT documents. This is a digital download with no physical item. Edit, save and print as often as you like for your own use.
