Item details
A one-page "absence and illness policy letter" for teachers and school staff, with a tear-off reply slip so families can return it quickly.
Header: a centred monogram logo editable field, your name and a thin double rule. The palette is Peach: #E07A5F, #F2CC8F and accent #3D405B. Reply slip fields: reporting an absence; when to stay home; catching up, plus student name, date and signature.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Included in the ZIP: the free Lora font files (SIL Open Font License) used for headings. Body text uses Lora. Install the fonts before editing so the layout matches the preview exactly.
To edit, click any editable field and type; every text block is live text, and colours and sizes can be changed from the normal formatting tools. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. For personal and classroom use, or in your own small business paperwork. Files are digital downloads; nothing is shipped.
