Item details
A warm, plain-language letter for families covering "something to celebrate" and more, ready to personalise and print.
Header: your name on the left with a right-aligned contact block above a colour rule. The palette is Harbor: #1F4F63, #5E9CB3 and accent #8F682F. Reply slip fields: something to celebrate; why it matters, plus student name, date and signature.
Everything arrives as one ZIP download. Inside you will find a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
The design pairs Comfortaa and Lora (free, SIL Open Font License, TTF files included in the ZIP) with Lora for body text. Install the included fonts first for the exact preview look; without them your software swaps in a similar default.
All text is live and editable. Click into a block, replace the guidance text, and adjust colours, spacing or fonts with the standard formatting tools. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Instant digital download. Save the template once and reuse it as many times as you need.
