Item details
A one-page "letter about a learning concern" for teachers and school staff, with a tear-off reply slip so families can return it quickly.
Header: a full-width colour banner at the top of the page with your name in white. Colours follow a Wine and Cream palette with main colour #5E1F2E and accent #8E826E. Reply slip fields: what i have noticed; support at school; how you can help at home, plus student name, date and signature.
One ZIP holds the whole product: a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
To edit, click any editable field and type; every text block is live text, and colours and sizes can be changed from the normal formatting tools. The tone is positive and uses short paragraphs that busy families can scan.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
