Item details
The foundation edition of this adult learning gradebook puts 60% on knowledge, with 20% each for application and communication. Its 40-person register converts entered marks into a weighted percentage and a letter band. Blank assessments are omitted and the available positive weights are renormalised for that learner. Review lower scores using the separate band-count table.
Knowledge, application and communication can show different aspects of adult learning. Use one record per learner and define the hundred-point rubric for each component before entering scores. The workbook combines entered evidence transparently. Completion, attendance and qualifications are separate decisions; the calculated band reports only the assessment marks in these columns.
One ZIP supplies the ODS workbook, Poppins, Nunito OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: sky blue. Calculated summaries appear as tables.
