Celebrate someone's effort with this employee recognition award template, plus a second wording, "Team Member of the Quarter", on page two.
The border design is a thick band with a top ribbon, drawn as a background graphic that sits behind the text and can be left in place. A round seal graphic sits between the date and signature lines. Colours follow a Peach palette with main colour #E07A5F and accent #3D405B.
The wording lines read "in appreciation of outstanding contribution and teamwork in ..." and "for exceptional performance and positive spirit during ...", followed by a bold line where you describe the achievement. The recipient name is set in the script font Caveat.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
The design pairs DM Serif Display and Nunito and Caveat (free, SIL Open Font License, TTF files included in the ZIP) with Nunito for body text. Install the included fonts first for the exact preview look; without them your software swaps in a similar default.
Print on white or cream card stock in landscape orientation. The page is two certificates long (2 pages); delete the second page if you only need one.
