Fill in the blanks, add your news and share: this club newsletter uses a banner, a blank month calendar grid and article sections underneath.
Six sections come pre-labelled for this audience: from the club lead, recent highlights, member spotlight, coming up, challenge of the month, get involved. Every one has guidance text to replace. It fits 1 page on US Letter and A4.
The colour scheme is Mulberry (#6D2E46, #A26769 and #928C80). Photos are not included, but there is room in each section to drop in your own pictures.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Andika and Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
The calendar edition puts a blank month grid above club news. Fill dates for meetings, activities and deadlines in that grid, then explain their context in the article sections below. Readers can first check when to attend and then read the lead update, highlights, member feature and monthly challenge. Change the month each time you prepare the next issue.
