Item details
Fill in the blanks, add your news and share: this school newsletter uses a two-column magazine layout with coloured heading bars and a pull-quote box.
Story areas included: Message from the principal; Academic news; Upcoming events; Attendance and arrival; Community thank-yous; Contact the office. Each has a short writing prompt so you know what belongs there. It fits 1 page on US Letter and A4.
The palette is Sky Blue: #2F80ED, #7EB6F6 and accent #9E6229. Photos are not included, but there is room in each section to drop in your own pictures.
Everything arrives as one ZIP download. Inside you will find a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font DM Serif Display and Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
To edit, click any editable field and type; every text block is live text, and colours and sizes can be changed from the normal formatting tools.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. This is a digital download with no physical item. Edit, save and print as often as you like for your own use.
