Item details
Fill in the blanks, add your news and share: this community newsletter uses a wide article column beside a tinted sidebar for dates and reminders.
Six sections come pre-labelled for this audience: welcome, neighbourhood notices, events this month, neighbour spotlight, helpful numbers, get in touch. Every one has guidance text to replace. It fits 1 page on US Letter and A4.
The colour scheme is Spruce (#1F5C4D, #5FA08E and #94704E). Photos are not included, but there is room in each section to drop in your own pictures.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter ODT file, an A4 ODT file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Included in the ZIP: the free Andika and Nunito font files (SIL Open Font License) used for headings. Body text uses Nunito. Install the fonts before editing so the layout matches the preview exactly.
Nothing is flattened into a picture: tables, text and shapes can all be edited, resized or recoloured.
Works with word processors that support editable ODT documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
