Use priority and status dropdowns for consistent entry, then review the completion bars in a regular team check-in. Two summary tabs count your entries by focus and by progress status.
Transport arrangements, permissions and learning preparation each need attention before a field trip. Track those work items separately so a teacher can review the remaining preparation. Dates and completion percentages are planning inputs; the sheet does not collect signed permissions, store student medical details or confirm that a trip has been approved.
One ZIP supplies the ODS workbook, Lexend, Andika OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: sky blue. Calculated summaries appear as tables.
