Use priority and status dropdowns for consistent entry, then review the completion bars in a regular team check-in. Two summary tabs count your entries by channel and by progress status.
For an editorial cycle, make research, the first draft, fact checking and final review separate work items. Channel choices distinguish newsletter writing from a longer blog article or a community update. Assign the reviewer as an owner when the handoff starts; completion is a manual estimate rather than a publication record.
One ZIP supplies the ODS workbook, Montserrat, Andika OFL fonts with their licence, and README.txt. The instruction tab explains how to clear worked inputs. Design: cherry red. Calculated summaries appear as tables.
