An editable workshop fee invoice for training company-style work, with a banded line-item table, subtotal, tax and total rows and a notes box.
The example rows show how it works (workshop seat; printed materials; certificate of completion) and the figures add up correctly, so you can check the layout before typing your own. Amounts are typed text rather than formulas, so when you change an item edit the subtotal, tax and total by hand (a spreadsheet version is not part of this listing).
Style: a thick vertical accent bar beside your name and tagline. Colours follow a Slate Blue palette with main colour #3D5A80 and accent #EE6C4D. Bill-to, number, date, terms and payment-details fields are all editable fields in plain text.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Playfair Display and Lora (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Lora, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. This is a digital download with no physical item. Edit, save and print as often as you like for your own use.
