This credit note template suits small service businesses, freelancers and teachers who sell services or supplies.
The example rows show how it works (credit for returned items; adjustment for billing error) and the figures add up correctly, so you can check the layout before typing your own. Amounts are typed text rather than formulas, so when you change an item edit the subtotal, tax and total by hand (a spreadsheet version is not part of this listing).
Style: your name on the left with a right-aligned contact block above a colour rule. The colour scheme is Mustard (#B87A06, #E8C468 and #2F4858). Bill-to, number, date, terms and payment-details fields are all editable fields in plain text.
One ZIP holds the whole product: a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
The design pairs Lora and Atkinson Hyperlegible (free, SIL Open Font License, TTF files included in the ZIP) with Atkinson Hyperlegible for body text. Install the included fonts first for the exact preview look; without them your software swaps in a similar default.
To edit, click any editable field and type; every text block is live text, and colours and sizes can be changed from the normal formatting tools.
