An editable quote for business name-style work, with a banded line-item table, subtotal, tax and total rows and a notes box.
Example line items are included (design and setup; installation labour; materials estimate); subtotal, tax and total are typed values that already reconcile. Amounts are typed text rather than formulas, so when you change an item edit the subtotal, tax and total by hand (a spreadsheet version is not part of this listing).
Style: a full-width colour banner at the top of the page with your name in white. Colours follow a Moss palette with main colour #3F5D45 and accent #7C6642. Bill-to, number, date, terms and payment-details fields are all editable fields in plain text.
Everything arrives as one ZIP download. Inside you will find a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Lora and Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF.
