Create a neat freelance invoice in minutes. The page has a thick vertical accent bar beside your name and tagline, a bill-to block, a line-item table and a highlighted total.
The example rows show how it works (project work - first milestone; revision round; rush delivery fee) and the figures add up correctly, so you can check the layout before typing your own. Amounts are typed text rather than formulas, so when you change an item edit the subtotal, tax and total by hand (a spreadsheet version is not part of this listing).
Style: a thick vertical accent bar beside your name and tagline. The colour scheme is Blush Rose (#B5576B, #E8A5B3 and #6B4E5A). Bill-to, number, date, terms and payment-details fields are all editable fields in plain text.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Nunito (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Nunito, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Nothing is flattened into a picture: tables, text and shapes can all be edited, resized or recoloured.
