Item details
A business letterhead for a community library, complete with logo editable field, tagline ("Open to everyone"), contact details and an example letter so you can see it working.
Header style: your name on the left with a right-aligned contact block above a colour rule. The colour scheme is Skyline (#253858, #5A7FB5 and #9E613A). Add your own logo image above the name if you have one.
The example letter says: "Thank you for being a valued member of our library. Your account details and the programme..." You can keep the wording as a pattern or replace it completely.
Download one ZIP. It contains a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Lora and Nunito (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Nunito, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
To edit, click any editable field and type; every text block is live text, and colours and sizes can be changed from the normal formatting tools. Address, phone and email are editable fields.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Instant digital download. Save the template once and reuse it as many times as you need.
