A weekly timesheet that applies both a daily overtime limit and a weekly one, with editable thresholds and multiplier.
Worked setup for overtime timesheet: 1 weekly block(s), an hourly rate of $24, a 40-hour weekly threshold and a 1.5 overtime multiplier. 5 workdays contain illustrative clock times and break entries. Change the pay inputs to reflect your own agreed arrangement before entering actual hours.
A pay summary adds total, regular and overtime hours and multiplies by the rate and overtime multiplier for gross pay. Hours use ROUND(MOD(out-in,1)*24 - break/60, 2), so overnight shifts work; overtime counts per day after 8 hours and again for regular hours above 40 in a week. 'Timesheet' holds 1 week block; each row has a date (from the week-start cell), weekday, time in, time out, break minutes, hours, regular and overtime columns, and a note.
Example hours cover the first 5 days.
The editable tabs are Timesheet: 1 week block(s) of 7 days with in/out times, breaks, regular and overtime hours, plus a pay summary (overtime counts per day after 8 hours and again for regular hours above 40 in a week)..
