A contractor's estimate with labour hours and parts at cost plus markup, valid-until date and deposit.
Totals run in this order: sub-total (labour plus parts with a markup you set), discount %, Tax at 6%, total, deposit and balance. A VLOOKUP on the 'Lists' sheet turns the validity period you pick into a valid-until date. The 'Invoice' sheet is a one-page portrait layout: business block, quote number and date, terms, a client block, 12 line rows (Item, Qty, Unit price columns and an Amount formula) and a notes area.
Example lines are for contracting work: Remove old fittings; Install new units; Finishing and clean-up.
Workbook pages: Invoice: One-page quote with header, client block, 12 line items + parts section with markup, discount, Tax, total, deposit and balance.; Lists: Payment terms with their day counts. Edit freely..
The business, client and line entries are made-up placeholders; overtype them with your own.
A single ZIP contains ODS workbook, Lexend, Andika OFL font files and licences, and README.txt. The Start Here tab explains inputs, calculations and how to clear the worked entries.
The workbook contains 25 formulas. Its wine and cream design uses coloured input cells and separate calculation cells. Use the supplied fonts for the exact layout shown.
Works with spreadsheet software supporting ODS files. Digital download; no macros or external data connections.
