A bookkeeper's invoice mixing a monthly retainer with hourly extras.
Totals run in this order: sub-total, discount %, Tax at 0%, total, deposit and balance. The 'Invoice' sheet is a one-page portrait layout: business block, invoice number and date, terms, a client block, 12 line rows (Description of work, Hours, Rate columns and an Amount formula) and a notes area. A VLOOKUP on the 'Lists' sheet turns the payment terms you pick into a due date.
Example lines are for bookkeeping services: Monthly bookkeeping retainer; Extra reconciliation hours; Payroll processing (per run).
