A VLOOKUP on the 'Lists' sheet turns the payment terms you pick into a due date. The 'Invoice' sheet is a one-page portrait layout: business block, invoice number and date, terms, a client block, 12 line rows (Service, Words / units, Rate per unit columns and an Amount formula) and a notes area. Totals run in this order: sub-total, discount %, VAT at 0%, rush fee, total, deposit and balance.
Example lines are for translation and proofreading: Marketing brochure translation; Website pages translation; Proofreading of translated text.
The editable tabs are Invoice: One-page invoice with header, client block, 12 line items, discount, VAT, total, deposit and balance.; Lists: Payment terms with their day counts. Edit freely..
The business, client and line entries are made-up placeholders; overtype them with your own.
All files arrive together in one ZIP: XLSX workbook, Montserrat, Andika OFL font files and licences, and README.txt. The Start Here tab explains inputs, calculations and how to clear the worked entries.
The workbook contains 18 formulas. Its blush rose design uses coloured input cells and separate calculation cells. Install the bundled fonts before editing to match the previews.
