A pet-care invoice with qty-based lines for visits, overnights and walks.
Totals run in this order: sub-total, discount %, Tax at 0%, holiday supplement, total, deposit and balance. The 'Invoice' sheet is a one-page portrait layout: business block, invoice number and date, terms, a client block, 12 line rows (Item, Qty, Unit price columns and an Amount formula) and a notes area. A VLOOKUP on the 'Lists' sheet turns the payment terms you pick into a due date.
Example lines are for pet sitting and dog walking: Daily visit (30 min); Overnight stay; Dog walk (45 min).

Live charts are in the XLSX version. The ODS copy retains the input cells, working formulas and numerical summaries without embedded chart objects.
