A catering invoice priced per guest and per item, with service charge, deposit and balance.
The 'Invoice' sheet is a one-page portrait layout: business block, invoice number and date, terms, a client block, 12 line rows (Item, Qty, Unit price columns and an Amount formula) and a notes area. Totals run in this order: sub-total, discount %, Tax at 5%, service charge, total, deposit and balance. A VLOOKUP on the 'Lists' sheet turns the payment terms you pick into a due date.
Example lines are for event catering: Two-course lunch (per guest); Drinks package (per guest); Dessert platters.
The editable tabs are Invoice: One-page invoice with header, client block, 12 line items, discount, Tax, total, deposit and balance.; Lists: Payment terms with their day counts. Edit freely..
The business, client and line entries are made-up placeholders; overtype them with your own.

The workbook contains 18 formulas. Its indigo design uses coloured input cells and separate calculation cells. Install the bundled fonts before editing to match the previews.
