Item details
Handle your freelance pitch paperwork with confidence using two matching letters: pitch letter to a prospective client, then a follow-up on a proposal.
The header design is your name on the left with a right-aligned contact block above a colour rule. Both letters are one page each, set at 11 pt for easy reading, and the sheet holds a date line, recipient block, subject line, body and signature space. The colour scheme is Wine and Cream (#5E1F2E, #9A4A5C and #8E826E).
Editable fields in [square brackets] show exactly what to add: names, dates, one result with a number and the reason you want this particular role or opportunity.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter ODT file, an A4 ODT file, both letters in each file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Included in the ZIP: the free Andika and Nunito font files (SIL Open Font License) used for headings. Body text uses Nunito. Install the fonts before editing so the layout matches the preview exactly.
All text is live and editable. Click into a block, replace the guidance text, and adjust colours, spacing or fonts with the standard formatting tools.
Works with word processors that support editable ODT documents. Instant digital download. Save the template once and reuse it as many times as you need.
