Item details
Stop staring at a blank page. This salary negotiation letter pack gives you a first letter (responding to a job offer with a counter-offer) and a second letter (accepting the final offer), both written with bracketed prompts.
The header design is centred letter-spaced capitals between two fine rules. Both letters are one page each, set at 11 pt for easy reading, and the sheet holds a date line, recipient block, subject line, body and signature space. Colours follow a Peach palette with main colour #E07A5F and accent #3D405B.
Bracketed prompts guide you paragraph by paragraph, so you only need to add facts about yourself and the employer rather than invent the structure.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, both letters in each file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
The design pairs DM Serif Display and Lora (free, SIL Open Font License, TTF files included in the ZIP) with Lora for body text. Install the included fonts first for the exact preview look; without them your software swaps in a similar default.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. Digital product only. Print at home, at a copy shop or share the finished PDF you export yourself.
