A photographer's invoice for session packages, extra images, prints and travel, with deposit and balance due.
Totals run in this order: sub-total, discount %, Sales tax at 7.5%, total, deposit and balance. A VLOOKUP on the 'Lists' sheet turns the payment terms you pick into a due date. The 'Invoice' sheet is a one-page portrait layout: business block, invoice number and date, terms, a client block, 12 line rows (Item, Qty, Unit price columns and an Amount formula) and a notes area.
Example lines are for a photography business: Portrait session (2 hours, edited gallery); Extra edited images; Print package (5 prints).
