Item details
Stop staring at a blank page. This reference request letter pack gives you a first letter (asking someone to be your reference) and a second letter (thank-you after they agree), both written with bracketed prompts.
The header design is a full-width colour banner at the top of the page with your name in white. Both letters are one page each, set at 11 pt for easy reading, and the sheet holds a date line, recipient block, subject line, body and signature space. Colours follow a Arctic palette with main colour #1B6CA8 and accent #FF7B54.
Editable fields in [square brackets] show exactly what to add: names, dates, one result with a number and the reason you want this particular role or opportunity.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, both letters in each file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Included in the ZIP: the free Lora font files (SIL Open Font License) used for headings. Body text uses Lora. Install the fonts before editing so the layout matches the preview exactly.
To edit, click any editable field and type; every text block is live text, and colours and sizes can be changed from the normal formatting tools.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. For personal and classroom use, or in your own small business paperwork. Files are digital downloads; nothing is shipped.
