Handle your resignation paperwork with confidence using two matching letters: formal resignation letter, then a handover notes cover page.
The header design is a full-width colour banner at the top of the page with your name in white. Both letters are one page each, set at 11 pt for easy reading, and the sheet holds a date line, recipient block, subject line, body and signature space. Colours follow a Deep Plum palette with main colour #5B2A63 and accent #906F2F.
Bracketed prompts guide you paragraph by paragraph, so you only need to add facts about yourself and the employer rather than invent the structure.
You receive a single ZIP file containing a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, both letters in each file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Included in the ZIP: the free DM Serif Display and Nunito font files (SIL Open Font License) used for headings. Body text uses Nunito. Install the fonts before editing so the layout matches the preview exactly.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF.
