Two ready-to-edit letters for the volunteer position situation: letter applying to volunteer and a thank-you after volunteer orientation.
The header design is a centred monogram logo editable field, your name and a thin double rule. Both letters are one page each, set at 11 pt for easy reading, and the sheet holds a date line, recipient block, subject line, body and signature space. Colours follow a Skyline palette with main colour #253858 and accent #9E613A.
Each paragraph already has a purpose. The first letter opens with prompts such as "I would like to volunteer with [Organisation]. I care about [cause] an..." and every [bracket] marks a detail to fill in.
One ZIP holds the whole product: a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, both letters in each file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font Lexend and Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Replace the grey guidance wording with your own, change the colours if you like, then save and print or export to PDF.
