Item details
Handle your internal promotion paperwork with confidence using two matching letters: letter applying for an internal role, then a thank-you after an internal interview.
The header design is a split header with a colour name panel and a tinted contact panel. Both letters are one page each, set at 11 pt for easy reading, and the sheet holds a date line, recipient block, subject line, body and signature space. Colours follow a Berry Blue palette with main colour #3A3F8F and accent #F28F3B.
Bracketed prompts guide you paragraph by paragraph, so you only need to add facts about yourself and the employer rather than invent the structure.
Everything arrives as one ZIP download. Inside you will find a US Letter DOCX file, an A4 DOCX file, both letters in each file, a Fonts folder with the TTF files and the font licence and a short read-me with editing tips.
Headings use the free font DM Serif Display and Atkinson Hyperlegible (SIL Open Font License); the TTF files are in the Fonts folder of the ZIP. Install them before you open the template to see the exact look in the previews. Body text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, and if a font is missing your program simply substitutes a similar one.
Nothing is flattened into a picture: tables, text and shapes can all be edited, resized or recoloured.
Works with word processors that support editable DOCX documents. This is a digital download with no physical item. Edit, save and print as often as you like for your own use.
