The prepared expense lines cover Cabinets, Countertop, Appliances, Plumbing, Fixtures, Tiling, Vanity, Painting, Flooring, Electrical, Skip hire and waste, Permits, Design consultation, Contingency (10%). Enter quotes for these specific expenses, or rename them to match your event.
'By Category' adds up estimated, projected and paid money for each of the 5 categories and summary table projected against paid. 'Budget' tracks 14 line items across 5 categories (Kitchen, Bathroom, General, Fees…), each with Estimated, Actual quote, Projected, Paid, Status and Due date, plus a header block for total budget, projected cost, paid so far, remaining budget and % used. 'Payments' is a dated log; choosing a budget item from the dropdown makes SUMIF feed the Paid column automatically.
Status cells colour green when paid in full and amber when not started.

The 14 items, vendor names and amounts are fictional examples (generic labels, round numbers).
A single ZIP contains ODS workbook, Comfortaa, Atkinson Hyperlegible OFL font files and licences, and README.txt. The Start Here tab explains inputs, calculations and how to clear the worked entries.
The workbook contains 84 formulas. Its emerald design uses coloured input cells and separate calculation cells. Unzip and install the included typefaces before opening the sheet.
Works with spreadsheet software supporting ODS files. Digital download; no macros or external data connections.
