'Profit & Loss' has 3 revenue lines (Shop orders, Markets and fairs, Custom commissions), 4 cost-of-sales lines (Supplies, Packaging, Postage) and 4 operating-expense lines such as Photography gear, Advertising, Software, one column per month plus year total and average. Formula rows calculate gross profit, gross margin %, operating profit, estimated tax at an editable 18% rate, net profit and net margin %. 'Charts' summarises revenue, gross profit, net profit and margin per month and plots them.
Net profit cells turn red when a month loses money.
