A monthly attendance register for 30 students.
'Attendance' is a 30-row by 31-day grid; entering the start date builds the weekday letters and day numbers with DATE/WEEKDAY formulas. 'Summary' totals the codes and draws a pie chart. Each row counts P, A, T, E with COUNTIF and shows a attendance rate; a totals row adds up each day. Cells offer a dropdown of 4 codes (P=Present, A=Absent, T=Tardy, E=Excused); conditional formatting colours the codes.

30 example names (generic labels) with marks for the first 14 days are included to show how it works.
Download one ZIP containing XLSX + ODS workbook versions, Lora, Atkinson Hyperlegible OFL font files and licences, and README.txt. The Start Here tab explains inputs, calculations and how to clear the worked entries.
The workbook contains 318 formulas. Its peach design uses coloured input cells and separate calculation cells. Install the bundled fonts before editing to match the previews.

Live charts are in the XLSX version. The ODS copy retains the input cells, working formulas and numerical summaries without embedded chart objects.
