Collect the information you need with this reading log. Fields are real PDF form fields, so no editing software is required.
Fields and sections on the page: reader name; month; goal; a table with columns date, book title, pages or minutes, parent initials.
The colour scheme is Pewter (#5D6D7E, #AEB6BF and #2C7C6D). Layout is a single page; the 59 fields are plain text boxes, multi-line boxes and tick boxes. Headings are set in Baloo 2 (SIL Open Font License, embedded in the PDF), body labels in Nunito.
