Item details
Keep a useful record of each personal project session without rebuilding your notes every time. Eight repeatable record sheets collect resources, decision notes and completion criteria, followed by a separate space for what happened and the next action.
What's inside: - 1 cover page - Session Preparation worksheet with three panels - Eight Session Record sheets, each with date and session fields and four writing panels - Session Register: 16 rows with Date, Task, Dependency, Done - Between Sessions worksheet with preparation, questions and resources - 1 lined subject notes page
The preparation page starts with project purpose and required steps so the session has a defined purpose. Date each record and summarize it in the 16-row register under task, dependency, done. Use Between Sessions to collect questions and resources that belong in the next visit.
One ZIP download (Personal-Project-Session-Log.zip) holds 2 PDF files: Personal-Project-Session-Log-US-Letter.pdf; Personal-Project-Session-Log-A4.pdf. Print versions come in US Letter (8.5 x 11 in), A4 (8.27 x 11.69 in), portrait orientation, 13 pages each.
A suggested starting routine: write the completion criteria, then identify the first dependency. When reviewing this personal project edition, ask "What choice unlocked progress?" followed by "What remains before I can call it finished?" Record the answer in the notes page if you need more space.
Files are standard PDFs that open in any reader and print at 100 percent scale. Set your printer to "actual size" and print only the pages you need, as many times as you like. Instant digital download. Nothing is mailed to you.
